Our Schoolhouse and West House classrooms are designed to extend the outdoors inside with large windows and doors that open to the woods, promoting nature in all we do.
Our fully equipped Science Workshop and Laboratory, bountiful garden, bicycle shed, and stream are hubs of hands-on STEM exploration where learning is immediately relevant to the world around us.
Our campus also backs up to the Institute for Advanced Study woods and pond as well as the historic Princeton Battlefield, which we use regularly for outdoor lessons and place-based learning.
Whether tending to garden beds, riding bikes, or gathering for quiet reflection along the brook, students at Princeton Friends School are deeply connected to the land around them—led by their curiosity and fostering a sense of resilience and stewardship that lasts long after they move on to high school.
